Its a non judgmental space where you can be authentically you!  My process in these sessions will be based on integrative psychotherapy - a magic box of theoretical interventions along with focus on well being to live your best life. Adding to that mix will be healing through energy, art and movement.

Therapy is for everyone. You dont need to have a problem to solve. You can come to therapy to be heard and understood without any judgment and have a person who gets you for who you are!

Marriage & Family / Couples Therapy

Marriage and Family Therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy that addresses the behaviors of family members and the way these behaviors affect not only individual family members, but also relationships within the family and the family unit as a whole. It is about the family dynamics and understanding each member’s needs and challenges within the unit.
The focus is on the relationship and the challenges that occur in the relationship. It is about creating harmony in togetherness without losing one’s individuality. 

Group Therapy And Workshops

The term can legitimately refer to any form of psychotherapy when delivered in a group format. The broader concept of group therapy can be taken to include any helping process that takes place in a group, including support groups, skills training groups (such as anger management, mindfulness, relaxation training or social skills training), and psychoeducation groups.
